So, you probably notice things look a tiny bit different here today! I moved my blog over to wordpress back in June, giving it a minimalist makeover. I just felt like I needed to get rid of the advertising, remove the overwhelming amount of sidebar content and get back to focusing on the content. It was a good, smooth transition and most importantly, I felt reinvigorated about focusing on my blog again. BUT I did feel like I was lacking some of the features I was looking for and was thinking of adding down the line, even with a premium account. So I've transferred yet again over to Squarespace. I've also added a couple new domains: HollyBaker.ca and HollyBaker.org, to make it easier to find me. The more the merrier!

I am still in the process of transferring over some of my old content, so bear with me for a few more days. BUT if you see anything that needs attention please don't hesitate to let me know! I always appreciate a second pair of eyes. You may also notice I've added a new menu bar feature for DESIGN SERVICES! It should be up and running by early December, and I am so excited to finally have a way to work together! I have been doing some design/renovation consulting here in town, and I have found that it is a really useful tool for so many people looking to start their own projects (or hire them out) to understand potential costs, typical pricing and general project brainstorming. It is overwhelming and often scary to go into a project and trust an outside party completely so this is an easy and affordable way to get some perspective and learn the right questions to ask! I will update you when it's up and running and have more details soon!!!
