In the Fungi Lane

This time of year nature really puts on her most beautiful show where we live. I can't deny I am jealous of people in warm climates come snow time, but in September I can't argue with brisk mornings, yellow and red leaves in the trees and cool evenings by the fire. And mushrooms! Seriously, they are so beautiful to me. I love how they  colonize little treed areas around our cabin. I just couldn't help snapping some iPhone pics of them the last weekend we were there.
