The holidays are such a special time of year, but it's sooooo easy to lose sight of the most important things. Celebrating with family and friends, sharing with those who are less fortunate than us, and making those closest to us feel special and loved are on the top of my list of important things. Gifts and decorating and all the trimmings of the season are fun! But if they start causing stress or competitiveness to have the best party, give the best gift then this little motto is a good reminder. So I might just print it off and tape it to the fridge!

I'm sure it will also come in handy when one of these inevitably breaks in a well intentioned accident!! Wren just loves admiring them and is more excited than ever to get the holidays in full swing. Nothing beats kids and their love of the holidays!
