Holiday Giving (and receiving)

I love this time of year for so man reasons, but one of my favourite is a little selfish: sharing my favourite things with the people I love. I have so many lovely ladies in my life, and I would say we are all pretty blessed, meaning we can treat ourselves when the mood strikes and this is lovely, but it also makes it hard to holiday shop because it means basically all my favourite people have everything they want already!

So it's kinds of fun to share some not as well known treats with the people who have it all. My perennial fav is Celebrity Makeup Artist Rosie Johnston's fragrance, candle and now makeup line By Rosie Jane. I know I talk about it a lot, but I am so obsessed with this girl's products. I have given gifts from her line for 3 holidays now and this year will be no different, now that she has gift sets that include a variety of products.

Sorry for the spoiler Torri (that's my sister), but you LOVE sharing what you bought everyone before the big day so I just couldn't let you wait to see what's under the tree for you! LOL

I may have also stashed a bottle of her new fragrance, James, for myself under the tree. It is heavenly!

Many of the gifts under our tree are from small retailers and online favourites I've found and I will share a couple more in the next week that you may want to add to your holiday shopping!

And because I, too, am considered 'hard to shop for' by my nearest and dearest, I thought I would share some of the goodies that have caught my eye and attention. Maybe someone on your list may love these small-business-supporting items as well!

1. Candle from Erin&Ben.co / 2. Marcel Pillow Cover / 3. neon cloud (you can get any local neon sign maker to do one! They seem to be more expensive online. / 4. Mint Goblets / 5. Tea Towel / 6. Melamine Bowl / 7. Portrait / 8. Block Table / 9. YvesTown Cook Book / 10. Pillow / 11. Tallow Candle / 12. kitchen clock
